Originally orgznized for a group show at Overture Center for the Arts in the Spring of 2008, this site showcases the many talented women in the Madison area who make their art using the medium of glass. The Women of Madison Glass show at the Overture Center brought together the prolific local talent to be seen and enjoyed here in Wisconsin.

The seven women exhibiting here have records of showing in galleries across the US and abroad. This show brings them home, to recognize what talent has grown from these glass artists who are all currently practicing in Madison. Represented are blown glass, kilnformed glass and mixed media sculpture. A combined ninety years of glass making experience makes this a show not to be missed.
