Last year Quincy taught the Fundamentals of Glassblowing and Fusing at the University of Wisconsin. She is active in the Madison community by fundraising for the UW so glass artists in the area are able to continue to learn the craft. Her work has shown throughout the US and internationally. Recently, her work was published in Urban Glass Quarterly. (Spring 2007) She is currently helping to bring art back to the public schools and local business in New Orleans.
